I had tried everything to get rid of the rats in my attic. When I found a hole in my roof, I caved and called the professionals. I should have talked to Jody and his team much earlier but thankfully they had all the rats out in just a few days. I apparently had a much bigger infestation than I thought. I was informed of a possible problem with animal intrusion into one of our homes by our Termite Company. They recommended a different company which responded and gave us a quote which we felt needed to be challenged by another inspection. We agreed and had him do both our homes, one of which showed signs of infestation and the other did not. He trapped and removed 7 rats and installed barriers against future intrusion. David Diaz explained every detail of what was going on with roof rats. Took pictures so that I could understand what was going on and was very patient in explaining thing. He did what he had to do and I had already explained about the roof being replaced by Senez Roofing and in case anything was affected by that he would come back as soon as the roof was complete and fix/replace anything that had been disturbed by the roofers that had already been done by David free of charge and that there was a two year warranty on the work. I was very satisfied with David's work and would definently use them again if necessary. Thank You David

I called on the morning of Jan 11 with a significant bat issue. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call back and spoke with a gentleman who went over the whole process with me start to finish. I then received a call from the technician in our area David, and he was able to come to our home by 1pm. He did an assessment of our issue and came up with a plan to rid us of our bats. He was able to start that afternoon. He then returned the next day with a helper to begin the process of getting rid of the bats. He told us what to expect over the next few days. He then returned this morning, and we are now bat free. He was able to finish sealing the house. He also inspected the attic to make sure there were no bats in the roof. David did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend your service to anyone in need of bat removal. The service was fast and effective, and David took his time to explain the whole process to us.

These guys did a great job. They did the work quick were always here on time and even though the raccoons had left my roof they were able to fix the entry point hole and exit hole they left on my roof. I even learned a lot about raccoon and some prevention so it doesn't happen again. I am glad I called Critter Control. Everyone was very nice. The problem was solved with a very nice outcome, we found my neighborhood's white squirrel that was trapped in my chimney. I see her every day in the trees in my yard.

This is the second home we have had Critter Control work on for us. They are always on time and do a beautiful job matching the roof and the surrounding areas when they close up openings. I had a squirrel problem in the attic. I called Jody [owner] and he responded the next day as promised. Oscar came on time, diagnosed where the issue was and addressed it. They came 4 days in a row to check on it. Once they were satisfied no activity they came and sealed up all potential problem areas. Then came back to check entire attic area. After using Jody I would highly recommend him and would use only him.

I am so happy that I had Critter Control! We had roof rats coming in somehow after a previous company had sealed our attic the previous year due to squirrels. They came out and looked, said the roof was tight and that was the end of their service. Didn?t take the time to try to figure out where they were coming in - tight roof or not. I kept trying to get them to come back via text & phone but got no response. I called Critter Control and they came right away. Identified that the rats were coming in thru the a/c drain and went to work taking care of it. They did an outstanding job and we communicated on a daily basis. Best service ever! Jody was awesome! I started to hear scratching in my attic early morning and in the evening... I had an idea that it could be squirrels, because I have a lot of trees and squirrels in my neighborhood. Critter Control will inspect your entire home and find every possible opening. After a few days of testing g the active zones and trapping, they sealed every possible entrance. No more critters. Jody is great! Always showed up to check the situation out.

These guys are amazing. We live on a golf course and one night we could here scratching on our ceiling in our attic. We had roof rats! Huh? They were apparently accessing a tiny hole where the 2nd story met the 1st in a newly built home and were living in my attic. There was an adult female and 3 small ones. Critter Control came out and caught the little ones right off. The mama was a little shy but CC never gave up. They were at my house resetting and staging everyday for almost 2 weeks until they caught her. They sealed every vent, stack pipe, crevice, etc on and around my roof. My house is now varmint free and varmint proof thanks to these guys. I would have been chasing these things for years with no success because I would have never believed these things could get in such tiny gaps or climb like they do. These guys are the best. The service is the company provides is outstanding, prompt with attention to detail. Within moments of calling I was educated while receiving pricing structure with several options. I asked a lot of questions; however, I did not receive any high-pressured sales tactics as I have with other companies. We set an appointment and disconnected. Jody came to my home several minutes early which I did not mind. It displayed punctuality , introduced himself and began his inspection while keeping social distance making me feel even more comfortable. We settled on a plan of attack for my problem as well as a pricing structure while offering his professional advice. Please note, once I decided on the pricing structure, I was not coerced into adding more services. For me this is critical on a limited income. Their follow up was stellar and left me impressed.
